By accessing the ANTONFANS website (www.antonfans.com), submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, or placing a purchase order, you ("the Buyer," "Client," or "User") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable policies referenced herein.

If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or engage in any commercial transactions with ANTONFANS.

ANTONFANS reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

ANTONFANS manufactures and supplies industrial and commercial fans including, but not limited to: industrial floor fans, pedestal fans, wall fans, axial fans, duct inline fans, kitchen exhaust fans, bathroom exhaust fans, ceiling fans, and related ventilation equipment. Our product catalog exceeds 200 models.

All product descriptions, specifications, airflow data, and performance figures published on our website are provided in good faith and reflect independently tested data where applicable. ANTONFANS holds HVI certification for airflow performance verification, and all published specifications reflect actual tested values.

ANTONFANS reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or service without prior notice. Discontinued models will be communicated to active clients as soon as reasonably practicable.

All orders are subject to written confirmation by ANTONFANS. An order is only considered accepted upon issuance of a formal Sales Order Confirmation or Pro Forma Invoice signed by an authorized ANTONFANS representative. Verbal agreements, email inquiries, or website form submissions alone do not constitute a binding order.

Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the quotation (typically 30 days). Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in raw material costs, currency exchange rates, or changes in production requirements. ANTONFANS will notify the buyer of any price changes before order confirmation.

• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) vary by product model and are specified in individual quotations.
• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing. Other currencies may be accommodated upon request.
• Order cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations after production commencement may be subject to cancellation fees covering materials and labor costs incurred.
• Sample orders are available prior to bulk production. Sample costs and lead times will be specified in the quotation.

ANTONFANS offers full OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) services. Customization options include brand logo, product color, packaging design, voltage specifications, motor configuration, plug standards, and structural modifications.

Standard payment terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% balance payment prior to shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. For established clients with a positive payment history, alternative payment arrangements may be negotiated.

Accepted payment methods include Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight from reputable banks, and other methods as mutually agreed. All bank charges outside of China are the responsibility of the buyer.

In the event of late payment, ANTONFANS reserves the right to suspend production, withhold shipment, and charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.

Goods are shipped from ANTONFANS' facility in Guangdong, China. Default shipping terms are FOB (Free On Board) Guangdong unless otherwise specified. CIF, EXW, and DDP terms may be arranged upon request.

Lead times for standard products are typically 15-30 business days after order confirmation and deposit receipt. OEM/ODM orders with custom tooling or certification requirements may require additional lead time, which will be specified in the order confirmation.

• ANTONFANS is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Risk of loss and title to goods passes to the buyer at the point of delivery as defined by the agreed Incoterms.
• The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and compliance with destination country import regulations.

ANTONFANS warrants that all products are manufactured in accordance with stated specifications and applicable international standards. Our standard product warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment, unless a different warranty period is specified in the product documentation or sales agreement.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. It does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow installation and operating instructions.

All products undergo pre-shipment quality inspection. ANTONFANS employs the Omni bearing automation system to ensure consistent motor assembly quality. Third-party factory audits and pre-shipment inspections can be arranged at the buyer's request and expense.

All return requests and quality claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of receiving the goods. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted. To initiate a claim, the buyer must provide: written description of the defect, photographic or video evidence, order number, and quantity affected.

Upon verification of a valid warranty claim, ANTONFANS will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective units, or issue a credit toward future orders. Replacement parts and units will be shipped at ANTONFANS' expense. Return shipping of defective goods must be pre-authorized by ANTONFANS.

Returns are not accepted for products that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery. Custom OEM/ODM products are non-returnable unless the defect is attributable to a manufacturing error by ANTONFANS.

All content on the ANTONFANS website, including but not limited to product designs, technical drawings, photographs, brand assets, product specifications, and written content, is the exclusive property of ANTONFANS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ANTONFANS content without prior written authorization. Downloading product images or specifications for internal evaluation purposes is permitted; commercial redistribution is not.

The ANTONFANS name, logo, and product model designations are trademarks of ANTONFANS. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited. Any custom designs, tooling, or molds developed exclusively for a client under a written agreement may be subject to separate IP ownership terms as specified in that agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANTONFANS' total liability to the buyer for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or any order shall not exceed the total value of the specific order giving rise to the claim.

ANTONFANS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, or business interruption, even if ANTONFANS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ANTONFANS collects and processes business contact information provided through our website inquiry forms, email correspondence, and order documentation. This information is used solely for the purpose of responding to inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining business relationships.

We do not sell, rent, or share your business contact information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with logistics partners, payment processors, or certification bodies as necessary to fulfill your order.

By submitting an inquiry or order, you consent to ANTONFANS storing and using your business contact details for order processing and follow-up communications. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us directly.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or any commercial transaction with ANTONFANS shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Guangzhou, China, and the language of arbitration shall be English or Chinese as mutually agreed.

Notwithstanding the above, ANTONFANS reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
